From concept to finished product: Maxivo

Building on our proven Combipad, the idea emerged to incorporate its technology, functions, and robust features into a new, round design. At the same time, we aimed to create a retrofit solution that would allow existing mechanical locks with a 16x19 mm mounting hole to be replaced quickly and easily. The goal was to develop a product that fully retains the strengths of the Combipad but is conceived with a different design approach.

Hand-drawn sketches and drawings helped us quickly visualize and refine various concepts. This was followed by precise development in CAD: Here, the ideas were translated into detailed 3D models, optimized, and technically refined.

With the first prototypes, the product finally became tangible. This phase was crucial for testing materials, feel, and functionality under real-world conditions and further improving them until all components were perfectly coordinated and the product was ready for production here in-house.
