ORGATEC, Cologne

Four days, many encounters: Our look back at ORGATEC 2026

From 27 to 30 October 2026, we were at ORGATEC in Cologne. This year, the leading international trade fair for modern working environments took place under the motto “From rooms to relationships”. We felt this at our stand as well: For us, the focus was on personal exchange and on how connected locking systems make offices, changing rooms and handover stations smarter.

Experiencing connected solutions live
We put a special focus on our connected systems. With Conexo, we showed how handover and locker systems can be organised digitally, from secure issuing to flexible compartment management. Our visitors were able to try out Flexo.Cloud directly at our booth: Access rights are conveniently assigned and adjusted via app, with no effort on site.

New highlights at the booth
We were especially pleased by the great interest in Maxivo, our new retrofit code lock. Also new on display was the Niro in horizontal orientation as well as in the recessed Flushfit version, which integrates flush into the furniture front and creates a particularly clean design.

Thank you for four great days at the fair
Whether long-standing partners or new contacts: The many conversations, questions and suggestions made ORGATEC a thoroughly successful trade fair for us. We would like to warmly thank everyone who visited us, and our booth team for their outstanding commitment. We are already looking forward to seeing you again!
