B52.day - 07 November 2024
Since its launch in 2023, the B52.day has established itself as an innovation symposium for experts and decision-makers concerned with the future world of work. The aim is to present and discuss the latest trends, challenges and opportunities in this area.
#Theme
In a constantly changing world of work, it is essential to meet the challenges. New Work is a modern approach that promotes flexibility, self-determination and collaboration. Employees have more freedom in terms of working hours and location as well as more decision-making freedom and personal responsibility. Flat hierarchies and digital technologies are used to create a meaningful work culture that meets changing requirements. The focus of the upcoming event will be on the influence of strategy, culture, software and equipment on work.
Themed "New Work - with freedom to more efficiency in the team", we invite you to exchange ideas with leading experts, innovators and like-minded people to explore new ways of organizing work together.
