Innovation means progress. The Innovation department, in close cooperation with the in-house development department, develops standard products and assemblies, mechanical and electro-mechanical product modules as well as cloud and app applications that are used in both OEM and standard products.

The marketing team is responsible for the creation of print and digital media. This includes the conception and design of sales documents, online presences and trade fairs. In addition, the team manages the website as well as the social media channels, such as Youtube or LinkedIn. Since 2018, marketing has been implemented exclusively by the BURG team.
